Chemicals React Chapter 8For the first time, the wolf obeyed. She grudgingly pulled herself up and escaped into the trees again, seeking protection from the full moon and the twinkling stars. Once Adelina had safely limped back to her home, she let herself crawl through the open window and collapse on her bed. The wolf form finally let her free, and she groaned in pain as she shifted back to her other form. There were cuts and bruises all over her body, and every last inch of her was covered in dirt. She breathed heavily and rolled off the bed, onto the floor. She moaned in pain as she crawled over to the bathroom. She slid her way into the cool tub and crumpled into Chemicals React Chapter 8

Chemicals React Chapter 7The ferocious animal in Adelina cackled at his weak response. Of the two of them, she was the stronger now. She lay down on the grass and watched his house like a bowman waiting for the signal to fire. Telling him to come and play, she let another howl rip through the silent night.  
 
Hearing the howl, Lucian stood, shaking his head. She wouldn't go home until she had her chance, that much was sure to him now. Doomed PrologueSwirling towers of black smoke rose and mixed with the ever-darkening clouds overhead, combining the sky into a treacherous collision course for the flames that licked the edge of the world. Hooded figures looked on as they listened begrudgingly to the cries of the young souls their creation was devouring. As the council of elders descended the marble stairs, long, dark robes cascading behind them, the sullen faces of the few remaining beings stared in confusion, in anger, in hate. Some called out to the approaching clan of demons and some just gazed on, these terrible emotions ripping apart even the most sensible of creatures.

Anyway, for people out there who don't know me and are just visiting my page, here is some info about me:
My name is Abigail. I'm a writer, usually poetry but some prose here and there. I live in Houston, TX, and I have for all my life.

About my poetry:
Usually pretty dark and deep. Lots of my friends don't like it, haven't read it, or they just don't care enough. Most likely has some deeper meanings, or it's just my ranting that I put into poem form ;P

About my prose:
I like writing short stories. I am currently working on a novel, A Fallen Angel. More will come soon, I hope! It takes so long for me to type long things, so I usually just stick to poetry. But I'm beginning to become a short story writer as the only thing I do. :)

Random facts about me:
I am 5'8" tall. I have brown hair and green eyes. I have 4 siblings. I am a singer, mostly Soprano 2 becuase my choir director wants me to lead the group but I really should be a Soprano 1. I play the cello and have been playing it for 9 years. I played the piano for 6 years. I can't dance to save my life ;)

Hello again my deviously delightful deviants :)

Well, I'm not sure how many of you were watching me at this time last year, but if you were then you (maybe) remember my giant break in the middle of the summer? It's that time again :D Starting this Saturday I'm off. I won't be on until around August 3, and even at that point I'll be on for at most 14 hours before I go again. Partly this is cause I'm leaving, partly because this is my once a year break from DA, from the computer, and back to reality….. :( I’ll be back, for those of you who actually care… :D

Birthday
Well, it seems that my birthday is now officially 42 days away. And yes, that does mean that my birthday is the 29th of July, for those of you who don’t like math :XD: A year passes by so slowly, but so quickly, doesn’t it? I’m making one promise to myself, though, and that’s that this time next year a book I’ve written is gonna be on it’s way to being published. That’s all I want. *cough*and a subscription*cough* :)

Writing
Ok, after I finish working on Chapter Seven of CR, that’s gonna be it for a while. Not just cause of the fact that I’m gone, but because of the fact that I don’t want to have to deal with writing more poems or short stories. I’m gonna take down AFA soon. No one read it anyway. I’m gonna try to work solely on my novels, including AFA and Doomed, but also a couple other things I promised people.

High School
You know what’s a scary thought? I’m starting high school in the fall… It’s weird. Like, really. I’m not gonna go into the whole “OHMAIGAWD IT’S GONNA BE AWESOME” or “I’m so fucking scared I’m gonna die in there” rant, but all I can say is that life is gonna be a hell of a lot more interesting now….. :D
